Process Description

Unique in the world, Performance Characteristics Analysis uses a compact series of 32 questions dealing with the job as performed Ideally vs. Currently. It works as neutral ground in discussing perceived gaps by the leader and his or her people as they perform their jobs one by one.

Requires the use of the 3 part Performance Characteristics Analysis questionnaire and the PCA Charting worksheet for visually depicting performance gaps to be resolved
