Program Description

ü      Fast-moving presentations highlighting the eight ways leaders have changed the world around them with application stories and anecdotes.

ü      Presentation time takes 90 minutes.

ü      A short handout is provided as well as a laminated wallet sized reminder card of the Eight Ways to Lead

·        Provides a reference point at the beginning of a larger meeting to set the stage for the conferences to come

·        Can be the wrap-up presentation for a planning, strategy or management meeting to provide a motivational send off to the participants.

·        Demonstrates the structure of the Performance Driven Leadership Course for executive staff or others wishing a short, punchy introduction to the full multi-day program.
